IAM looking at incentives for unemployed. If a person is unemployed for >6 months please provide some benefits in terms of travel discount if the person is going for interview. He or she could get some allowance as is provided in European countries. This would make a whole lot of difference to confidence level of youth. The practise of MNC companies to use and throw people who are overpaid or overexperienced should be controlled with meaningful labour laws &salary standardised

Sir, Measure to increase tax base. There is section 285BA under the Income Tax Act 1961 which requires certain persons, agencies, govt departments to file returns. These returns, if filed by those categories will throw-up huge data which will enable the department to get new tax payers. However it is noticed that these returns whether are being filed or not and the data available is not being utilized to its full potential.

kindly restrict banks not to provide loans without surety. Many big shots are taking loans and escaping and banks are recovering that money from common people by charging for all type of services. Banks implemented minimum balance 3000 concept. It is not possible for all people to maintain the balance all the time. everyone is suffering with that concepts. RBI should take proper initiations in this matters

In Railways Unreserved coaches are reduced in most of the trains. So, passengers want to travel in eleventh hour are suffering badly. So, policy decision is to be taken to have minimum 2 UR coaches in either side of the train composition for night trains and Either side 4 UR coaches in Day time trains. This will reduce inconvenience to both reserved and unreserved passengers.

Recognition of consistent and honest tax payers both in direct and indirect taxes and granting them some privileges so that they get encouraged to stay the course and guide others too, is a measure long overdue. The threshold for various categories of tax payers need to be selected carefully so as to reflect the true spirit of the scheme

Appeals by GST and IT departments in small cases beyond the first level of department level appeal (where the basic sum in question excluding interest and penalty is less than Rs.50 lakh) are to be stopped to prevent the department from wasting precious Govt resources. CBDT had issued a circular (ref. 3/2018) vide which higher threshold limits have been fixed for appeals preferred before tribunal, HC and SC. A similar circular by CBEC is necessary to avoid mechanical appeals by the dept.

Respected Finance ministry,
Since housing is one of major issue , government should ban NRI investment or buying of homes in flats and individuals home since this is the basic need ,NRI citizen should not be allowed to
own home or invest here on
housing sector since permanent
resident of India are facing high price
of flats as builders are aiming at NRI customers, we see political and business men with black amt buying 100’s of flat in one city with black amount which should Be stopped

CBEC circular No.151/2/2012-ST (F.No.332/13/2011-TR) dtd 10th Feb.2012 has had a chilling effect on property development by seeking to tax development rights received from the land owners at the hands of the developer by taxing the value of construction services as part of the JV agreement, through a legal fiction; please withdraw the circular and make a policy announcement that receipt of development rights and provision of construction services in lieu of the same is not a taxable service
