In the current circumstances when the economy is in doldrums and job losses are common, it is important to rejuvenate MSME Sector, the largest employer in the country, which is reeling under aftershocks of demonetisation and GST implementation. In this regard, I would like to present a few ideas that would help MSME sector. Please find attached PDF that explains these ideas. Please look into the same.

To curtail black money transactions, All but or sell transactions in gold for amount above Rs 20000/- should be made compulsory for mode other than cash. Logic is simple, if some one can afford gold he can use Bank Account or credit card.
This should be applicable for retailers as well as wholesalers.
Its a well know fact that blackmoney is used maximum is gold, real eastate or marriage.

It is being observed that the pipeline leadership in the Banking Sector is really a cause of concern particularly in PSBs. The new generation bright talent us not joining the PSB due to poor wage structure particularly in Top Executive Level. The Gove can consider extending Retirement Age to 62. Any lateral recruitment to bridge the gap of leadership will cost atleast 5 times. By extending the age of Retirement with an option of acceptance or otherwise will retain experienced talent in PSBs.
