Madam FM , For Auto sector As we all know the slowdown in auto sector is due to sudden high cost of taxes , insurance and almost nil financing tools (nbfc crisis ) I would suggest to offer buyers of second car after 3 years of first purchase a refund of 50% of taxes paid on first car valued of any value . This will restart the car business in genuine way for every class of buyers and govt will not have to forgo revenue in real terms . Regards .
