Suggestion 1. Introduce a New policy in Real Estate The Open - auction - cum- Property transaction is to be introduced: In this system if a person is interested in selling his or her property, the details will be registered through a Government channel. The Second step is that the land details will be published officially. The third phase is to auction the property openly. After the auction the property will be handed over to the person who bids the highest amount.

nps atleast 01.00 lacs. BJP mps while sitting in opposition has demanded but after completion of 01 full tenure you have not fulfilled the demands. Pl consider inflation and other expenses. Pl reduce government expense too much public money is wasted. Stop subsidy of MPs/MLAs for example parliament canteen, phone allowance of 15,000/-, subsidy is given to poor people. And most of the MPS/MLAs are having crores of rupees declared. Save electricity, , stationery, vehicle expenses in gov.office

The country's growth cannot accelerate with poor Infrastructure. Public Funded Projects have a limitation due to demands of Education,Healthcare, and other Fundamental mandatoryneeds . Revival of PPP in Infrastructure is imperative to accelerate Infrastructure build BUT after learning from the experiences of the past. So Income Tax incentives , Robust Administrative Reforms for speedy Implementation and Progressive Dispute Resolution mechanisms are the way forward.

Allow set off of past business losses for MAT purpose 4. Treat taxpayers with dignity and respect them for paying taxes 5. 1. GST charges to be included in price and bared by vendor not be transfer to the end consumer. as end customer we don't have a GST no to claim against, what we pay. 2. For every transaction we are paying tax,For the salary income we are paying Income tax. For House property tax, water tax for Vehicle road tax, every where Toll fee. only the Middle class peoples are sucked in all the ways. thinking not to work, utilize the freebies from govt and be ideal. either direct/indirect.
