Respected Finance Minister,
please provide incentives to those who opt for medical insurance, I have seen families loosing their hard earned money and property to medical emergencies, incentives may motivate people to opt for medical insurances
thanks

A) I, Mrs. Ratna Ghosh, a senior Teacher of English and a Senior Citizen of India, residing in Kolkata, am to mention that you are aware the int rates on FDs are falling down gradually. My suggestions on lifting rural economy.
1. appoint on every panchayath well educated youngsters with desire to live in rural areas or do social work as facilitators for acting as link between every villager interested in micro enterprise and the bureaucracy and banks. then he/she simply has to do the production and rest is taken care by this centrally appointed facilitator protecting small entrepreneurship from corruption and local bureaucracy. will convert rural area into employment hubs.

1.Incentives in the form of money to attract computerization & WIFI facilities as business management requires good support in various infrastructure without which we are not able to work to a high standard of excellence in our business.
2.Incentives in the form of money to stop migration from rural to urban under the existing employment conditions leaving an appreciable deficit in getting suitable qualified personnel.
3.Encouragement to non tax payers to enter tax regime & reduce burden payer

Madam, For salaried people, it becomes very irritating to pay huge taxes on their income, whereas they have to incur lots of expenses on the education of their wards and treatment of their parents. In my opinion for education expenses, some separate section should be created and not covered u/s 80C. Further, it should also be allowed for fees paid to affiliated Centres for part time courses as may be recognised by the government. Further, the upper limit under section 80D should be removed.

when energy individual's investments are linked to PAN/AADHAR why there is need for filling returns. Excess recoveries from the data available in IT office must be refunded directly to bank account. Only shortfall must be accounts must be served notice to pay the difference in amount. Salaried class will be most benefited and work in IT offices will be reduced.

Exclusion from applicability of 56(2)(viib) to cases of corporate restructuring:
In cases of merger/demerger, the issue of shares is in accordance with the Scheme of arrangement which is approved by the High Court/NCLT. Therefore, there is no question of generation or use or circulation of unaccounted money in such transactions.
We request that a suitable proviso be inserted with retrospective effect in section 56(2)(viib) to carve out an exception from the applicability of the section.
