SEBI has created a new class of financial advisors under their Investment Adviser Regulation 2013, who are to recommend commission free products & charge a fee. There are just over a thousand such advisors now. This is very good from the point of view of the investor as the Advisor would be client-centric and work in their best interest as a Fiduciary. To incentivise clients to pay a fee, it should be available as a deduction from taxable income for them.

1. I am paying my taxes to be compliant, but sadly only among less than 5% of Indians who do so. Can Govt give back something to honest tax payers that shall inspire others to pay tax as well. I want the % to increase soon. We are paying to nation building and I guess you can give a badge, a recognition and why not even a 5% rebate on our payments to Govt services (Property tax, Gas bill, Petrol etc). If % increases, this will be a way to give a better tax slab, and why not even remove IT

Dear sir/Madam, Government should subsidize Solar power generation fully. So that all domestic/house holds irrespective of urban or rural should be able to generate their own power And even export state owned grids. This will be in addition to the solar industry initiated these days. In some of the states the schemes in vogue are like “VOICE LOUD AND RESULTS NOMINAL”.. Government R&D should focus to reduce costs of solar power generation, produce low cost , indigenous solar panels finally

Force banks that hold interest-bearing accounts (savings, FD, etc), to generate a tax document that lists the total interest income generated for a customer (before deducting TDS) for every account of the customer in that bank in all branches. This is similar to tax document 1099-INT in the US. (Form 26AS has only a subset of this info, viz. where TDS has been remitted). In the absence of this, the burden falls on the tax filer to report this, and he therefore skips reporting it! See attached.

As a salaried employee want income tax exclusion upto 30lakh. Or at least only 10 percent on upto 30 lakhs. There should be an upper limit of house owning. Two own houses for a family. House property in the names of minors should not be allowed. Vacant land should not exceed a limit unless it is a farmland. Regular tax payer should have some incentives priorities in all public services. Higher denomination notes should be devalued regular basis. Jai hind.
