1. Focus on water management by providing subsidies for involvement of people in restoration of water bodies
2. Solar panels providing 50% or power to all govt offices by 2024
3. Encourage research on solar power and power storage devices and make the data publicly available.
4. Govt funded research data repository with access to Indian public
5. Educated youth entering agriculture should be encouraged with subsidies
6. Encourage agricultural workers, ban beggars and make them work for food

All developed nations US, UK,Japan, France, Germany,Italy and recently joined countries South Korea &China have something in common I.e. robust automobile sector. Automobile industry is backbone of a modern nation as it encompasses all engineering and scientific capabilities therefore my humble suggestion is to ensure stellar automotive sector by way of supporting them through reduction in excise duties. New models launched by indians manufacturer may be made tax free for certain period.

COUNTING: We are still counting in Lakhs & Crores whereas entire world is counting in millions and billions. Everytime few seconds are lost to first convert lakhs to millions then INR to USD. It is easier to convert bigger nos in international system with 9 digit as compared to only 7 in India. it looks more consistent to have comma after every 3 spaces.
YEAR END: Should move to 31st Dec closing and align ourselves to rest of the world. 31st march has no real relevance.
Thank you.
