Dear Sir, I completed my PhD in 2014 till I can't get a permanent position. For permanent position college authorities are demanding 50 to 70 lakhs in Maharashtra. I am doing a temporary job at Shivaji University Kolhapur and getting the payment of 36000/-. But if you see the JRF Or SRF given by funding agencies it's more than our payment more than 45000/-. रह रह के आत्महत्या करने खयाल आता हैं. माँ बाप, बीवी और बच्चों की khwashish पूरी कर नही पा रहा हूँ. क्या करा जाए कुछ समझ नही आरहा हैं.

I feel like how during Elections, Election commissioner has control of Police of any state, same ways i feel there should be some law / provision where President takes control of state police when any state govt is unwilling to control riots / unlawful gathering. Eg currently in Punjab, where state is not bothered to control rioters The president control can be there for the time the matter cools down

I would reiterate PM Vajpayee had a dream of linking Ganga Cauvery rivers from north to south. Linking Indus,Yamuna,Ganga, Narmada, Mahanadi,Godavari, Krishna, Cauvery rivers. Our Dear Hon'ble PM, ANIs (A&N Islands) became active with CGHS in 2024. The mainland CGHS low rates are not acceptable to HCOs (Health Care Organisations), hence introduction may prove futile. Extra funds have been released under ECHS recently (effective in ANI since 2006). I participate as an Officer in charge of the ECHS Mil Polyclinic, Port Blair & my sole interest is ECHS improvement in ANIs, which depend on CGHS rates. The existing correspondence on the issue of higher rates of ECHS from 2012 to 2018 reveals that my predecessors gave up, on higher rates for private HCOs for diagnostic charges & treatment. Even though the IHQ of MoD (Navy) tried, no concrete action took place. For a positive way ahead, comments from CGHS & ECHS from both hierarchies be sought by Secy KSB to seek inputs holistically involving Central Organisation ECHS and Health Ministry to enable the empanelment of HCOs, as the latter want progress of ESMs. Best Regards
