Widespread improvements in the quality of life of many of the world’s populations have gone hand-in-hand with increased demands on natural resources. The planet is struggling to keep up. Increases in the average global temperature, and the frequency of extreme weather events are transforming ecosystems around the world and threatening entire species of plants and animals. Forests are drying up because there is less rainfall and thus more fires, and the glaciers of both the North and South Poles are shrinking.
Sustainable society requires us to understand and plan for our impact on the planet, and to learn to manage that impact. That, in turn, requires systemic changes, the promotion of science, the development of sustainable technologies, and a willingness on the part of individuals to change their behaviour...

I am from Bright International School I study in class 11th. My name is Janvi Lakhiyani.
Here I am sharing some tips with you to stay relaxed in exams
1. Pace Yourself
If you find yourself rushing through the questions, purposefully slow down. Try and avoid skim-reading or scrolling to quickly.
2.Breathe
It's common to hold your breath or breathe shallowly when nervous. Purposefully pause regularly to inhale for at least 3 second sand exhale for longer.
3.Perspective
Try and think positively - "I will try my best", "Exam performance dies not define me as a person", "When this exam is over I deserve to celebrate or reward myself"
4. Reset your state
If panic starts to set in, you lose focus, or you start to feel physically uncomfortable, stop for a few moments to regulate.
5.Check In
Now and then, check in with your posture and how your body is feeling. If you feel tense anywhere, adjust your posture, relax your shoulders, or stretch your arms if possible.
