Then when a male Head Master was transferred and joined next day the lady teacher motivated some illiterate women and told the teacher was drunker and put lock into the school the mater was published in newspaper in the name of villagers. Then I lead the matter motivate villagers reported at Block Education Officer the fact and decided that till the lady teacher was not transferred the school lock will continue. now i am suffering with false rape case. the doctor -ve, Police investigated false after jm court

I would like to submit that Sh Jia Lal Dhar who lived in village Arihal, Pulwama (J&K) now in Jammu, has authored MAHAJAR NAMA Vol I and II which are in Urdu poetic form. In Vol I the author narrates the circumstances which forced him and his family to leave valley for safety. Vol I contains 300 pages with hard bound cover and covers topics on communal harmony, nostalgia, fairs and festivals, beauty of Kashmir etc. Vol II published in year 2018 is the detailed description of the Government apathy towards Kashmiri migrant when they were camped in tentage accommodations under blistering heat and harassment by the agents of relief and revenue department for want of bribe. They haven't collected necessary Government Fees and allowed Builder and Architect to construct buildings causing huge revenue losses to Government of Maharashtra.
