आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं डॉ दिनेश शर्मा राजकीय नर्सिंग महाविद्यालय में मेंटल हेल्थ नर्सिंग विषय मे व्याख्याता के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ। महोदय कोटा (राजस्थान) भारत में कोचिंग के गढ़ के रूप में विख्यात है। किंतु वर्तमान में इन्ही युवाओं द्वारा की जा रही आत्महत्याओं ने कोटा शहर को youths suicidal City के रूप में पेश किया है। हमारे देश ही नहीं, पूरी दुनिया में अकेलेपन, अवसाद और आत्महत्या के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं। बल्कि यूं कहना ठीक होगा कि आत्महत्या एक महामारी का रूप धरती जा रही है।युवाओं की आत्महत्या एक बड़ी समस्या है। युवा और विशेष रूप से किशोर, स्वभाव से मानसिक स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के लिए एक कमजोर समूह हैं और एक बड़ी मात्रा में सामाजिक नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार है। आत्महत्या भारत में 15 से 39 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग के लोगों के लिए मृत्यु दर का प्रमुख कारण है। इस तरह की तेजी से बढ़ती बहुआयामी समस्या से निपटने के लिए किसी भी एकल रणनीति के सर्वश्रेष्ठ काम करने की संभावना नहीं है। इसके बजाय एक व्यवस्थित, बहुपक्षीय, सहयोगात्मक रोकथाम रणनीति की आवश्यकता है।

SIR I would like to share that the circumstances which lead to migration of Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir Valley can be accessed by going through the poetry by some poets of that time. One such name is Sh Jia Lal Dhar who is in his nineties lived in Village Arihal, Pulwama. He has written MAHAJAR NAMA Volume I & II. The books are in Urdu poetry. Volume I narrates the circumstances which happened with the author himself and lead to his forcible migration with hi family from his native village leaving behind his home and hearth to move to Jammu for safety. Vol I comprises of 297 pages and has poetry on topics like communal harmony, beauty of Kashmir, fairs and festivals, social rituals etc Vol II is a detailed account of the harshest weather conditions and added to it the harassment and attrocities meted to Kashmiri Pandits by the J&K administration during their stay in tents. The circ6have occurred with the author himself in particular and the community members in General.

Request to PM I have a suggestion that we should create one website or online page where all the Indian states and Union territories should be mentioned. It should be prepared in a way that we should first prioritise all the temples and their history. We should mention our culture, people, traditions, different food and many more and it should be separated in a way that showcases the history of each city, state and Union Territory of India. The goal behind doing this is that whenever we showcase Bharat to people across the globe, we should showcase everything in one page and from there they should know how rich we are in terms of Religion, culture, tradition and spirituality. One Website by the name of "Bharat" should showcase everything about us.
