I am an Human Relation profesional, I think that our India is very far behind in employee welfare. their are many Govt. Rules and Schemes but not followed by organisations and Govt buddies also. Govt. has no proper inspection policies for the same. This was effected by political influence also. Major middle organization treet employee like a baniye ka dukan ka nokar, some times feel that nokar is much better than employee in a organization. Pls plan some strong policy for employee welfare.

प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार। प्रधानमंत्री जी मार्च में महाशिवरात्रि है। ऐसे में मैं हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्थित महादेव धामों के बारे बताना चाहता हूं। महादेव के दो धाम एक शिबवाड़ी दूसरा महाकालेश्वर हिमाचल के ऊना जिले के गगरेट में भगवान शिव जी का मंदिर है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि यहाँ पर पांडवों के गुरु द्रोणाचार्य ने तप बहुत सालों तक किया और भगवान शिव जी की पूजा की थी। शिवबाड़ी में भगवान शिव के मुख्य शिवलिंग के साथ ओर भी बहुत से छोटे छोटे शिवलिंग भी हैं। शिबवाड़ी से कुछ ही किलोमीटर की दूरी पर जोकि जिला कांगडा में महादेव का एक ओर विश्व प्रसिद्ध श्री कालीनाथ महाकालेश्‍वर महादेव मंदिर है, जोकि कांगडा जिले के परागपुर मे है। यहां महादेव जी का शिवलिंग धरती के गर्भ में है। यह व्यास नदी किनारे स्थित है। जानकर बताते हैं और माता काली ने महादेव की पति के रूप में पाने के लिए यहाँ तपस्या की थी। यहां एक पंचतीर्थी सरोवर भी है, यहाँ स्नान कर श्रद्धालु भगवान महादेव की कृपा पाते हैं। धन्यवाद। राजेश कुमार चौहान जालंधर। मोबाइल 9023693142

Dear Mr. Modi I would like to draw your attention towards this event when on 13th Feb I noticed that a cleaner lady came out of a Mohall Clinic and threw garbage on road - it could have medical waste also. I spoke the doctor on duty immediately. I do not see the sweeper lady's mistake in this: 1. Perhaps these people have not been spoken with and do not understand the impacts of their acts 2. The administration has not created means for them - the bins/ collection/ disposal etc. I created and posted a video for awareness.

Dear Mr. Modi I would like to draw your attention to this fact - 22nd Jan was a great day in the history. Rightly or wrongly - people burnt crackers across India incLuding Delhi and NCR - THE AQI DID NOT GO UP HIGH SHARPLY! After a few days, there were heavy rains in Delhi - THE AQI DID NOT DROP DRASTICALLY! So, crackers on Diwali do not add hugely to the pollution in Delhi/ NCR and similarly the water sprinklers that are being used are a waste and eye wash. The actual reason must be caught and fixed.

Sir, I guess the rule that children below 18 is not followed. In my school 2 students from 10 recently were racing with thir bikes. They met with a accident and have got severe injuries and can not attempt their board exams. Also I would say our teachers are not sincere towards their work.
