Because voting is the decision a person should take about their state or nation's future and also their own's . So if a person is medically verified at the time of voting as he is drunk , then he should not be allowed to vote.

The people of this country have also seen how you arranged the return of millions of Indians who were stuck in different countries during Pandemic. Sir, you are governing the country very well, and with Compassion wherever justified. Sir once again, Kudos to you and your government for getting the Navy men released from death.

Burning of biodegradable waste should be stopped. After sweeping compounds/streets, the dry leaves etc are heaped up and set fire to, releasing smoke and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Individuals and city corporations are all guilty. If country-wide data were available, this burning of dry leaves would probably account for a large proportion of atmospheric pollution. Before pointing fingers at industrial pollution or stubble burners, we should do our bit. Suggestion: Practice trenching instead. Dig deep trenches (corporations could use JCBs), fill with the collected dry leaves etc, cover with earth, and maybe moisten periodically with waste water. This would avoid air pollution and also enrich the soil
