NITI-Aayog, Govt of India has established Atal Tinkering Labs(ATLs) to: - create workspaces where young minds can learn innovation skills, sculpt ideas through hands-on activities, work and learn in a flexible environment. - help build innovative solutions for India’s unique problems and thereby support India’s efforts to grow as a knowledge economy. - We have 10,000 Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) set up in school's across the country catering to more than 1 crore students. Another 45,000 ATLs are planned as part of PM-SHRI scheme. We need to : - Give opportunity to every school student to utilize ATL and perform tinkering activities in their areas of Interest - Community students should be given access to ATL with complete transparency - Make all 10,000 ATLs active Monitor performance of each individual ATL using the IT: • Team formation/ Roles assignment/ Components Identification & tracking • Tinkering activities workflow/tracking/documentation etc

Central Government cannot be a silent spectator to the devastating action in WB. If the Central Government cannot provide security to women, am sure the people will be forced to take action into their hand and it will be no wonder the killings could be reversed and civil war will break out in WB…
