Hello Sir, this side Annwesha Mazumdar, a student from West Bengal. So the horrible thing in a country like India where the crime rate is burgeoning like hell the vacancy rate in forensic science laboratories is very low. Even if they are recruiting they are putting that the essential experience needs to be 1 or more. Also, they are opening posts for general science students. And also for the retired people too. And even if a forensic science student wants to pursue training to gain the necessary experience in any Forensic Science Laboratory he/she has to do it through the university director or HOD but what about the recent pass-out student? Studying forensic science doesn't mean only the student can pursue Ph.D. but some people are also there who want to pursue work. Authorities are not even bothering about these things and that's why the pendency of the cases is more in the court of law and criminals are still enjoying their life without any fear of getting caught.
