Respected Prime Minister Sir, This is regarding the consultation fee validity of the Private Doctors. I understand the importance of doctors and their contribution as a whole and especially while we are fighting the pandemic. I fully agree that their job is not that easy. But being a normal middle class citizen, it is very difficult now a days to cope up with the charges. Doctors charge consultation fee as per their competency which is ok considering the hard work they have put in. But now a days for follow up visit within 7 days has also become chargeable and we have to pay even if we are going to doctor the very second day of consultation to show the reports. This practice is not ethically correct and in my view there should be some law governing private hospitals and doctors for free consultation for a week of first consultation .

For Example In Mumbai which has only 603 sq. km area get funds from 4 MP's, 36 MLA'S, 236 Corporators . In addition to this there are Vidhan parishad members. All are getting Crores of rupees to spend for such a small area year after year. At the same time when we look at the Rural area say my Sindhudurg District which has 5207 sq. Km area is represented by A Single MP, & 4 MLA's,. & In all 775 villages. Villages may have their Group gram panchayats whose budget or Funds are very negligible. How we can develop basic Infrastructure in such large areas with this limited funds. On the other hand in Mumbai we have experienced that crores of rupees getting wasted just to dig out the Footpaths & roads year after years. Can it be changed? We are waiting for road which was initially made with people participation some 15 years back, waiting for its repair.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हमारे देश में पिछले 70 सालों से दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को राजकीय पदों पर आज तक अच्छा प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं मिल पाया है। क्योंकि हमारे संविधान में इसका कोई प्रावधान ही नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए उनकी बेसिक समस्याओं का कोई ठोस हल नहीं मिल पाया है। मैं आपसे आवाहन करता हूं कि उन्हें राज्यसभा, लोकसभा, विधानसभा, तथा विधान परिषद में 4% के हिसाब से प्रतिनिधित्व मिलना संवैधानिक तौर पर अनिवार्य किया जाए। साथ में ही उन्हें नगर पालिका, जिला परिषद, तथा ग्राम पंचायत, में भी संवैधानिक अधिकारों के तहत 4 परसेंट रिजर्वेशन मिलना जरूरी है। तभी उनको सही मायने में न्याय मिल सकेगा। इसलिए मैं आपसे विनती करता हूं कि आप इस दिशा में उचित कार्यवाही करें। धन्यवाद।
