We need to simplify the terms used in Citizen-Govt interactions. Just like saral Hindi we need saral English to encourage citizen participation. What is the use of old-style outdated colonial English or language of law while interacting with common citizens? Please find alternative to terms like Citizen ' Grievance Redressal '. माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर नमस्कार! आप दिव्यांगजनों को लेकर बहुत संवेदनशील हैं एवं उनकी जिंदगी में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने का प्रयास बहुत सराहनीय है। मैं आपका ध्यान उन बच्चों एवं उनके परिजनों की तरफ दिलाना चाहता हूँ जो बहरेपन से पीड़ित है, उनके लिए एकमात्र इलाज Cochlear Implant है। इसका निर्माण भारत में न होने के कारण इसकी कीमत बहुत अधिक है (लगभग 6लाख रू)। सरकारी सहायता से Implant की प्रक्रिया काफ़ी लंबी है, वो भी एक ही कान के लिए मिलती है जबकि सुनने की क्षमता दोनों कानों से ही अच्छी हो सकती है। यदि सरकारी सहायता से एक बार इलाज हो भी जाये तो इसका रखरखाव का सामान(छोटी सीcable-1700रू,coil-10000, battery-12000की, charger इत्यादि) बहुत महंगा है जो आम आदमी के लिए खरीदना नामुमकिन है (मशीन खराब होने पर ठीक न करवाने के कारण बहुत से बच्चे सुनने से वंचित रह जाते हैं)। अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त समस्याग्रस्त बच्चों के प्रति सहानुभूति रखते हुए दोनों कानों का Implantकरवाने एवं accesories की कीमत युक्तिसंगत करवाने का प्रयास करें।समस्त श्रव्य दिव्यांगजन एवं परिजन आभारी रहेंगे।धन्यवाद

Like we have regulatory commissions for various sectors, there should also be a commission for the charges and common layout for charges on how private hosipatals operate so that treatement costs will be same across the country

Sir, Tranlocation of trees is rampant in the most unscientific manner under the garb of tree protection during road widening etc. Accountability of tree survival is & this has to be strictly n quickly dealt with. A mere transformation with the tap root of a tree intact is of no use n the tree will die after a temporary flush of new leaves . Kindly instruct the concerned ministry n departments to issue guidelines enforceable under tree act which are scientific n truly protect trees.

In Maharashtra the government has taken decision that the school timing of class 1 to 4 will be after 9 a.m. so that the students can complete their sleep , this rule should be applied for all the schools across the country.
