Dear honorable prime minister, Just like i am a proud citizen of the country whose prime minister is devoted towards the development, i am also a proud daughter whose father is a govt officer and has been working towards saving lives. To understand the background let's go back to 2009, when my dad witnessed a road accident on the way to his home while crossing the switchback (zigzag) roads through the mountains because of the rocks being layed all over the way. Some rocks were there because truck drivers used them as stopper and left it there and some just slided from mountains. That day my dad promised himself that he will never let such accidents happen again and became a one man army on the mission to save lives. We live in madhya pradesh, Anuppur where tribals are the majority and last 14 years of my dad was dedicated to them. He is continuously throwing those rocks everytime he cross those roads to save lives, he is a patriot and understands the pain of losing someone.

Environmental degradation in India encompasses a wide spectrum of interconnected challenges, each demanding urgent attention and comprehensive solutions. Air pollution, predominantly from vehicular emissions, industrial activities, and biomass burning, blankets many urban areas in toxic smog, posing severe health risks to millions of people. Water pollution, stemming from untreated sewage, industrial effluents, and agricultural runoff, contaminates rivers, lakes, and groundwater sources, jeopardizing both human health and aquatic ecosystems. Deforestation, driven by agricultural expansion, urbanization, and infrastructure projects, results in habitat loss, biodiversity depletion, and soil erosion, exacerbating the vulnerability of ecosystems to climate change impacts.

I would like our PM to discuss on the rise of expenditure in Education Sector. Now a days Education has become so expensive that its no more a noble service. The amount our parents spent on our entire education is now equivalent to just Pre-Primary expenses in a good private school. There should be a capping on tuition fees and others miscellaneous expenditure which go on during the entire academic session.

In conclusion, environmental degradation in India is a complex and pressing issue that encompasses air and water pollution, deforestation, climate change, and inadequate waste management. The consequences of environmental degradation are far-reaching, affecting human health, livelihoods, biodiversity, and ecosystem integrity. Addressing these challenges requires coordinated efforts from government, civil society, businesses, and individuals, focusing on policy reforms, sustainable practices, technological innovations, and public awareness. By prioritizing environmental conservation and adopting holistic approaches to development, India can mitigate the adverse impacts of environmental degradation and pave the way for a more sustainable and resilient future.

Speaking of climate change, rising temperatures, altered precipitation patterns, and more frequent extreme weather events amplify existing environmental stresses, posing significant challenges to agriculture, water resources, and coastal communities. Additionally, inadequate waste management systems fail to handle the burgeoning volumes of solid waste generated, leading to littered landscapes, polluted water bodies, and degraded ecosystems. Addressing these multifaceted environmental challenges demands a concerted effort, encompassing policy reforms, technological innovations, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement. By adopting sustainable practices, investing in clean technologies, and prioritizing environmental conservation, India can pave the way towards a greener, healthier, and more resilient future for its citizens and ecosystems.

Addressing environmental degradation requires integrated approaches that balance economic development with environmental conservation. This includes promoting sustainable agriculture, investing in renewable energy, enhancing waste management systems, conserving natural habitats, and building resilience to climate change impacts. Collaboration between government, civil society, businesses, and communities is crucial to implementing effective solutions and safeguarding India's environmental heritage for future generations.
