As. per govt notification tenant should pay only 2months advance but in reality house owner is asking minimum 10 month advance. in areas near Near New thippasandra and c. v Raman nagar after pandemic COVID 19 House Rent is increased drastically . Good returns for house owner than Bank Intrest and great suffering for tenant . I paid ₹15000 rent during COVID and now I was forced to pay ₹25000 rent per month. What if we use small airship as the exoskeleton of drone these drones can be used in various ways and big airship drone can deliver goods State wise or my be international and combinations of big and small drone airship in series as a train on ground with low friction on ground to deliver goods. What if make indigenous dishwasher (if not in market) and bring them to urban housewife and let them enter in various fields. We should R&D on fibre or should I say optical quantum computer server and normal server that should be placed in or around mandir And manage by trust or mandir trust and use as teaching of launguage around the globe(just imagine the past of Bharat education in future context).

Dear PM Modi ji, Skin color inferiority complex and social stigma is very challenging is various ways. Next generation needs to feel proud of skin color or move beyond that. My suggestions are as follows: 1. Give companies who use dark models (male and female and children) in their campaign some tax benefits 2. Healthy dark skin selfies campaign ' Tan & Glow' for all ages 3. Commercials dont feature Indian Children with tan and most attractive eyes. This gives a sense of inferiority at level of children and their parents. Commercials have lots of impact. Please have ad agencies with Indian social responsibility and promote them 4.
