प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री जी अपने जीवन मे घटी एक घटना आप को बताना चाहता हूं l वर्ष 2014 में मेरे आदरणीय पिता जी एवं माता जी अगस्त माह में प्रभु श्री सीताराम जी के चरणों में समाहित हो गये l मेरे पिता जी की अंतिम इच्छा आप को देश के प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में देखने की थी l अप्रैल - मई में होने वाले आम चुनाव में प्रयागराज के बॉयज हाई स्कूल के पोलिंग बूथ में मेरे 87 वर्षीय पिता जी काफ़ी देर तक EVM में मोदी जी की तस्वीर को वोट देने के लिये ढूढ़ते रहेl जब अधिक समय हो गया तब पीठासीन अधिकारी ने देरी का कारण पूछा, तो उन्होंने ने कहा कि मोदी जी नही मिल रहे तो पीठासीन अधिकारी ने कहा कि कमल का बटन मोदी जी का है l उनकी हार्दिक इच्छा पूरी हुयी और उन्होंने अपने जीवनकाल में ही आप को देश के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में देखने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त किया l शायद यह देश के करोड़ों लोगों का प्यार और साथ एवम महाकाल का आशीर्वाद है कि भारत को आप जैसा तपस्वी राजर्षि मिला l

Recently it observed Indian courts are using Occupancy Certificate term instead of License to Operate a building. License to Operate certificate is issued by local authority (municipal corporation or development authorities) after verifying physical completeness of the structure and test certificates of the critical equipment. Occupancy terms is generally used to measure the performance of a building or equipment after its commissioning. Example : If 35 flats are occupied out of 100 flats then its Occupancy rate is 35%.(real estate company) Similarly if 45 beds are occupied out of 100 beds of a hospital then its Occupancy rate is 45%.(hospital) Similarly if 88 oil storage tanks are occupied out of 100 tanks then its Occupancy rate is 88% (oil storage terminal).

Respected Sir, As a youth in today's time, i want to request you to talk about women safety, problems faced by a woman's body after abortion, periods don't make girls impure or untouchables also promote awareness about it. I understand some people still won't try to even understand it due to some culture belief or their traditions but of course sometimes we need to see both sides of a coin i.e particular problem so we get right solution at right time. कॉलेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों में प्रोफेसरों की नियुक्ति contract के आधार पर होती है. आज NEP 2020 के अनुसार कौशल आधारित शिक्षा पर जोर दिया गया है। लेकिन जो लोग लाखों रुपये देकर उन सीटों की बुकिंग पहले ही करा लेते हैं, जिन्हें सरकार मंजूरी देती है. हमारे जैसा शिक्षक विभिन्न कार्यों को करने में स्वयं को सिद्ध तो करते है परंतु अवसर नहीं मिल पाता। आप सामान्य योग्यताओं के आधार पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती करने के बजाय प्रदर्शन के आधार पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती क्यों नहीं करते? साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर सीटें भरने के लिए अनुमोदन प्राप्त किया जाए। मेरे जैसे शिक्षक के पास 22 वर्षों का अनुभव है। मैं अपने दम पर प्री-प्राइमरी से यूनिवर्सिटी लेवल तक पहुंचा। अपना अस्तित्व सिद्ध किया। चार विषयों में मास्टर डिग्री और चार विषयों में नेट/सेट, फिर भी संघर्ष जारी है। और कितने दिन इंतजार करना होगा? यूनिवर्सिटी में कई पद खाली हैं. इसके अलावा हम 30000-35000/- पर भी काम करते हैं। और एक स्थायी शिक्षक को दो लाख से तीन लाख तक वेतन मिलता है। असल में वे जितना काम करते हैं उससे कहीं ज्यादा हम काम करते है इतना बड़ा अंतर क्यों?
