I would like to bring to your attention that we are not having any time for family ad there is no work life balance. My husband, who has so much work allocated to him. He has spoken to his boss many times to give some of his assigned work to others. However, his boss does not agree as no-one works better than my husband. There are so many employees who have died at the current office due to heat attacks due to the pressure from the offices. There is the Human Resources however they support only the management and not the employee. There is so much expected from the employee for the growth of the company however, the company lays off employees so easily. There is no time for our children who are now getting into depression, anxiety and distrust for their parents. Please help to bring in laws to protect the employees. Please help us Sir. Dear Hon. PM Modiji, My suggestion is regarding an extremely important issue which has plagued the Indian society since ages. This issue is casteism. This issues has fragmented the Indian society and has been the greatest barrier in unity and integrity of this great Bharat. Further this divide is strengthened by the reservation offered on basis of caste. I understand it’s not immediately possible to completely abolish caste system or reservation system, I have a suggestion which would be a conclusive step towards the same. *Encourage Citizens to Give up Caste Based Reservation* . We can name this as SWABHIMANI BHARTIYA Yojana. Individuals who are eligible for reservation based on their caste should be encouraged to give up their reservation to be honered as Swabhimani Bhartiya. Most of the PSUs in India have established townships, where there are Hospitals - not only for the medical care of employees & families, but also people living near to the PSUs. Same is the case with large Pvt Sector Plants like the Tata Steel Plant in Jamshedpur. Center can issue a notification to these units to establish a Medical Collage adjacent to these hospitals and create New Medical Seats. Ministry of Health can give recognition to these Medical Collages. Central Aid can also be provided to keep the fees of these Medical Collages at Govt Collage level.
