Hello Honble PM sir The topic which I am looking for your comment in Mann ki baat is stress in Pvt corporate life and indifference towards employee job security. While I fully understand govt has no role to play, but there must be a policy which protects the interest, safety and job security of the employee with certain conditions and not make them nobody suddenly thereby creating huge trauma at personal and family level. Also there is no body as on date which addresses the complaints of the employees when it's tremendous pressure they go through. While there is POSH, there is nothing for inhuman pressure and abuse in different languages employee go through for performance. While performance is important, there are external factors which many a times decides the outcome and in those situations corporates take the easy route to sack employees knowing very well it's due to external factors. However, as the deadline approaches for the NEET PG exams in 2024, there has been a concerning lack of progress in implementing this crucial provision. It is imperative that we prioritize the inclusion of individuals with mental health conditions in the medical field, both to provide equal opportunities.
