As you are aware, the Mental Illness Quota Bill was passed in 2016 with the aim of ensuring equitable access to higher education and healthcare services for individuals with mental illnesses. However, despite the passage of the bill, its implementation in NEET PG has been delayed, resulting in the continued exclusion of deserving candidates from this marginalized community. Mental illnesses affect a significant portion of our population and can have profound impacts on individuals' academic and professional pursuits. By not providing adequate representation for individuals with mental illnesses in medical education.

Dear Prime MInister, We have a number of technologies in IT which we need to take care w.r.t. Aatmnirbharta towards 2047. Although we are doing a lot of efforts but the need is full throttle at national level. Today we have multiple endeavours but mostly I see disconnected lots of departments who are growing in isolation. For a state we would like to vision next 100 years and beyond where we stand not just next 20-30 years. We may take time to build up in next two decades but should emerge as the strongest in world. 1. आरटीई के नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुए शहर के लगभग सभी निजी विद्यालयों में अयोग्य शिक्षक विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ा रहे हैं?? इसके विरुद्ध प्रशासन द्वारा कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया जा रहा है क्योंकि प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और निजी विद्यालयों के संचालकों की सांठ-गांठ हो चुकी है। 2. पंचायती विकास के नाम पर?? करोड़ों रुपयों का घपला किया जा रहा है?? ग्रामीण समाज के सशक्तिकरण के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए जा रहे हैं। सरपंचों द्वारा अपने घर भरे जा रहे हैं? और स्थानीय प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों द्वारा कभी उसका निरीक्षण नहीं किया जाता?? 3. सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली पूरी तरह ध्वस्त हो चुकी है। हितग्राहियों को महीनों तक राशन उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जा रहा है? 4. जिले में खनन माफिया और भू माफिया के विरुद्ध कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया जा रहा है?? 5. स्वस्थ क्षेत्र में कर्मचारियों की मनमानी से परेशान एक आम नागरिक किसकी शरण में जाए?? 6. सहकारी संस्था के कर्मचारियों द्वारा अवैधानिक तथ्यों का हवाला देकर समाज के आम नागरिक को गुमराह किया जा रहा है।

Dear Modi ji, There must be decentralisation of industries. Every Dist, there must be atleast medium or big industry. This will reduce migration towards cities. Unbalanced economic growth development resentment within people. One state will be overgrowth and other will be poor. This can be done by moving one industries to other districts or whenever planning of a industry should be planned accordingly. Yes logistics cost will be increased, but it will be equal distribution of wealth among states.

बात चाहे शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य या फिर अन्य सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की हो या प्रशासन तंत्र की, एक आम नागरिक का अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और उनके दलालों द्वारा लगातार शोषण किया जाता है? इसके विरुद्ध यदि उसे आवाज उठानी हो तो वह किसके पास जाऐ?? नौकरशाही से परेशान व्यक्ति किसके पास जाए?? भ्रष्टाचार से परेशान व्यक्ति किसके पास जाएं? स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा शोषित समाज किसका दरवाजा खटखटाने जाए??

महानुभाव, सत्ता का प्रधान और राष्ट्र के मुखिया होने के नाते आपको भारत के एक आम नागरिक की यथास्थिति से अवगत करा रहा हूं क्योंकि आप न सिर्फ इस राष्ट्र के प्रधानमंत्री हैं बल्कि हम सब देशवासियों के लिए न्याय का प्रतीक भी है। किंतु महोदय आप अवश्य विचार करें कि यदि भारत के किसी आम नागरिक का शोषण हो तब क्या उसे इसका विरोध नहीं करना चाहिए?? और यदि वह इसका विरोध करें तो कैसे?? क्योंकि अशिक्षा और जागरूकता के अभाव में यह पिछड़ा समाज उसका क्या समर्थन करेगा?? प्रशासन तंत्र में फैले इस भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध यदि उसे आवाज उठानी हो तो वह क्या करें?? यदि उसे अपने अधिकारों के लिए लड़ाई लड़नी हो तो वह क्या करें?? वह देश का एक आम नागरिक है! वह कोई अभिवक्ता नहीं है, उसे अगर कानूनी दाव पेंच ना आते हो तब वह क्या करें?? तब क्या वह चुपचाप बैठकर लोकतंत्र की इस दुर्दशा पर मौन रहे?? महोदय, मैं एक छोटे से जिले शिवपुरी से हूं जब यहां लोकतंत्र की यह दुर्दशा है तो संपूर्ण राष्ट्र की क्या स्थिति होगी इसकी परिकल्पना आप स्वयं कीजिए।
