Respected Prime Minister Ji, the important topic that we need to focus was Rural Development. Earlier villages' development is important because they are our food providers. Gradually, people started migrating from villages because of a lack of economy and many problems related to village infrastructure, health and hygiene, community actions, green innovations, water conservation, livestock management, energy efficiency and utilization. The mentioned are important for any person to live in a place where he want to stay with his family. We stated focus on technology but ground reality was still 70% of villages are facing problems in these domains. So please raise this in your discussion , so that we start bring back the people who migrated from their villages to back and also we need to strengthen the rural villages. Tomorrow people need those villages with these facilities to live because cities can't accommodate people anymore.

केंद्र एवं प्रदेश की सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था के सुधार हेतु बहुत प्रयास किया जा रहे हैं, परंतु शिक्षकों को अन्य शिक्षणेत्तर कार्यों में संलग्न किया जाता है। जबकि इस कार्य हेतु विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी भी लगाये जा सकते हैं परंतु शिक्षकों को शिक्षक कार्य से पृथक करके अन्य में लगा दिया जाता है, जिस कारण विद्यालयों में पढ़ाई का स्तर लगातार गिर रहा है। 2004 के बाद शिक्षकों को पेंशन की व्यवस्था नहीं है एवं चिकित्सा सुविधा भी उपलब्ध नहीं है इस कारण भी शिक्षकों की सामाजिक सुरक्षा का कोई प्रयास प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा नहीं किया गया है। उत्तम शिक्षा के लिए शिक्षकों का उत्तम मन और उत्तम तन होना आवश्यक है। अतः मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि शिक्षा और शिक्षकों के बेहतर भविष्य के लिए चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना एवं शिक्षणेत्तर कार्यों से उन्हें वंचित रखा जाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है तभी हम एक उन्नत भारत का निर्माण कर सकेंगे

Namaste Modi ji, Our research scholars in science working in various research institutions face many issues from their supervisors and the administrative division of their institute. Because of this, the majority of our research scholars are not happy. As a former teacher, I would be grateful if Modiji motivates our young scientific workforce. In spite of the great work our government is doing in promoting science and technology, this adversity is occurring towards our scholars from their supervisors/ scientists. In many institutions PhD scholars spend av.5 to 8 years with despiration. If you address this issue it will be an eye opener for the scientists and inspiration fro our scholars.
