My country needs best talents in every sphere/field to reach 100 percent growth and do miracle in nation building. Reservation is to be given to deserving persons in financial, cultural, educational and physical areas by providing training, coaching etc. only.

Now Parliamentary elections announcement from Election Commission should be round the corner.So, new hard decisions of bitter taste should not be expected.However, if the curse of excessive reservation cannot yet be removed to retain Indian talent within the country to help in establishing VIKSIT BHARAT, a start should be made by announcing change in computation of select lists.At present reserved category candidates who make a mark in the general category of successful qualifiers in appointments as well as in training courses are counted with general category and prescribed reserved category quotas are added to select list in full percentages prescribed.This at no stage enables authorities to determine the extent to which reservation provisions of multiple decades have uplifted the Vanchit Class.Logically, the new system of computation should result in constant shrinking of reserved list needing upliftment and finally end to make India a 100% VIKSIT IN talent harnessing.

The things we export to other countries have to change. When we import expensive electronic goods from other countries, only things we have to export is clothes, sanitizer, gloves etc. That's not enough for us. Foreign countries earn a lot of money by importing electronic devices into our country. We don't even get half of it back. We have to export something else that makes us more profitable.
