सादर नमस्ते, आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, आपके द्वारा स्वच्छ भारत बनाए जाने की अभिनव पहल की गई है। फिर भी हमारे आस पास गंदगी के ढेर , कचरा, प्रदूषण फेल रहा है। पड़ोसी द्वारा यदि गंदगी साफ नहीं कराई जाती है तो सभी को समस्या होती है। धन और बाहुबल वाले व्यक्ति प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की कार्यप्रणाली को भी प्रभावित करते हैं। पड़ोसी द्वारा झगड़ा किया जाता है।तो आम आदमी की कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती है। उल्टे उसे धमकी भी दी जाती है। कि आप साफ सफाई वाले कोन होते हैं।इसी स्थिति में गंदगी और प्रदूषण को कैसे खत्म किया जा सकता है? आदरणीय इस पर विचार करते हुए मास्टर प्लान बताने का कष्ट करें।
