Respected Sir , Angel Tax on Non Residents introduced by the 2023 Budget pls reconsider to bring in a win win where by the Company instead of having to pay tax on the difference between the premium and FMV instead is made to invest that in climate bond at very low coupon rate of 2%. Govt had a 10 Trillion capex budget in 2023 and of which large contribution was to come from Market borrowings. This can be used to bridge that and also enhance the speed of climate finance and accelerate India's path to Net Zero emissions target. Work that does not add value is divided into two categories: work that is necessary but not recognized by the customer as adding value -- and work that simply is not necessary. The second type of Muda should be identified and eliminated. There are seven wastes recognized in Muda. We have Republic day & Independence day, we celebrate both the occasions. To improve productivity of our country we should celebrate any one occasion. It is one of our Ghati Shakti and hence we need to rethink to improve our productivity.

Though we have stringent laws in place but I feel that many people, especially in densely populated areas, either do not have the right awareness or they have forgotten road safety.

Nameste Sir, Myself Archit Harshad Vardam from Maharashtra, my topic is public facility, among that I want talk about water supply. In some rural area the people get water only for 2 hours , they need to fill water and store for 2 or 4 days also in some rural areas there is a common tap for people because they need to stand in a line for 6 or 7 hours also some people get contaminated water supply which may call infection. As water come Right To Life under Article 21. It means that there should be universal access to water,everyone should get safe ,sufficient and affordable water supply. My second point is about healthcare facilities ,In some hospitals there is no cleanness at all and due to corruption some hospital offer high charge to their patients which some people can't afford with, I know that sir you will quickly solve this issues.
