Government has to plan to make tele density in rural areas to 80% by 2030, other wise rural areas are still more dependent on physical cash transactions only. Now urban, semi urban, panchayat and towns are doing cashlesss transactions but remote areas are highly dependent on physical cash for selling their agro products. Even telecom industry is under stress due to high subscribers. Government has to sort out this. E- waste mismanagement is a problem.
