Why is education becoming so expensive?

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I am a student of class 10th currently studying in Maria Assumpta Convent School,Kashipur (dist. Udham Singh Nagar). Sir, under the theme "Pariksha Pe Charcha" i have a concern which keeps on disturbing me . It is regarding the cut-offs of competitive exams. Sir from childhood we are taught that "Indian constitution prohibits discrimination based on caste, gender and religion" but in many competitive exams we see that the cut-off for the general category students is very high in comparison to other caste. Isn't this a kind of discrimination? I know that there are reservations for the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe but isn't the right to education a basic human right? I want to know that why the students get admissions in colleges based on the caste and not the score in the exams? The cut off for the admission is decided based on the caste, why is it so? I think students should be given admission according to their score in exams and not their caste.

Story of my life will impress every listener .My father expired when I was only seven years old .We were five brothers and three sisters .Only my eldest brother was employed as clerk in Delhi .My future was uncertain and even my admission in a Government school was delayed by two years.Thanks my mother managed to send me to school in 1959 at Nawan Shahar in Punjab .I manged to get a Govt. Job after passing B.A.Part 1 from Punjab university , Chandigarh .I completed my post graduation from evening college in 1976 .I appeared in IAS exam in 1977 and my intensive struggle bore fruits of success .I joined class 1 now Group A in Indian Ordnance Factory service in 1978 after completing foundational course in Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie. Now I am pensioner after .y retirement as General Manager. I need to write a book to bring out wonderful journey of my life .Dedication and hard work always pays us rich dividend.

महोदय मैं कृषि स्नातक उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य विश्वविद्यालय का छात्र हू प्रत्येक विश्वविद्यालय में कृषि शिक्षा को इंग्लिश भाषा में पढाया जाता है जिससे पढ़ने आये अधिकतर ग्रामीण छात्रों को बहुत बड़ी मुसीबत का सामना करना पड़ता है और कुछ छात्रों को हार का सामना करना पड़ता है मेरा मानना है कि शिक्षा यदि हमारी राज्य भाषा में दी जाए तो विद्यार्थियों के लिए लाभदायक होगा और हमारी राज्य भाषा को बढ़ावा मिलेगा जिससे युवा पीढ़ी में काफी सुधार होगा । हमारी शिक्षा नीति को सुधारने की आवश्यकता है अंग्रेजों द्वारा यह छोड़ी गई छाप को हटा देना चाहिए और हिंदी को राष्ट्रभाषा घोषित कर देनी चाहिए। जब हमारी शिक्षा नीति सही होगी तभी हमारा देश और हमारे देश का युवा दोनों तरक्की करेंगे।। जब अन्य सभी देशों में अपनी भाषा में शिक्षा दी जाती है तो हमारे देश में क्यूँ नहीं।। मेरा मानना है कि जो जिस भाषा में शिक्षा लेना चाहे उसे उस भाषा मे ही शिक्षा दी जानी चाहिए जिससे युवा का मनोबल बढ़ेगा और युवा तरक्की करेगा और जब युवा तरक्की करेगा तो हमारे देश को विकसित होने में देर नहीं लगेगी।। जय हिंद 🙏
