मैं भी किसान हूं और अन्य किसानो की तरह मेरी भी गेहूं की फसल कम से कम एक एकड़ सफा कर गए है आवारा पशु कोई भी किसान पूरी रात नही जाग सकता क्यों उसे भी जागते जागते नींद आ जाती है इसी का फायदा उठाकर आवारा पशुओं का झुण्ड फसल चट कर जाता है इसकी निगरानी जिला स्तर पर हो तभी कुछ धरातल पर किसानों के लिए हमदर्दी के रूप में दिखेगा नहीं तो भाषण देते रहो और लॉग सुनते रहेंगे क्यों कि इस देश की जनता भी कायर है जो सच बात को सामने आकर नही कह सकती इस देश को मुर्दों का देश कहा जाय तो अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगी देश के सभी लॉग मिलकर एक भगत सिंह नहीं पैदाकर पाए तो क्या कर पाएंगे।

महोदय चुनाव नजदीक है फिर भी किसानो के लिए हमदर्दी न के बराबर है जो है वह सिर्फ अधिकारीयों का दिखावापन है हम कई बार आपको इस मंच से याद दिला चुके है कि किसानो की जिला स्तर पर कोइ सुनवाई नही हो रही सिर्फ उनके नाम पर छलावा किया जा रहा है आवारा पशुओं की भरमार है 100 पकड़ कर ले जाते है और 300 छोड़ जाते है ये हो रहा है महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि आप सिर्फ जिले के अधिकारी को अच्छे से क्लास लगा दे सब हल हो जायेगा जिस जिले में आवारा पशुओं की भीड़ मिले वहां के जिलाधिकारी को तुरन्त सस्पेंड करें भारी जुर्माना के साथ अपने आप सब दौड़ने लगेंगे बिना पेट्रोल के और किसानों का काम आसान हो जायेगा।

Respected Prime Minister Sir, You have done and still you are doing lot of things for the upliftment of people of the Country in all the field. There is still a field of Rail reservation facility to the people. We all people face many difficulties to get reservation even in 120 days schedule period. This area is needed to be reviewed. It may please be ensured that every citizen should get the reservation within a time of one week. Sufficient Trails should be started within the country. I am requesting for a speedy direct train from Ahmedabad to Kathgodam on daily basis within a time span of 16 to 17 hours in the terminology of BDTS Ramnagar via Mathura. We face difficulties in this route always. All concerned have been requested by me since 2010 onwards but a fruitful result is still awaited. You are once again requested to direct the Railway Ministry for the needful action. It will help to increase the tourism and employment to Gujarat, Uttarakhand and adjourning States.

Hon’ble PM Sir: Litigations under various provisions of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.PC), like Section 145 and several other Acts like Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (UPCHA) are tried by the Administrative Magistrates like City Magistrate or SDM and the Settlement Officer Consolidation and Deputy Director Consolidation. These magistrates work under the District Magistrate of a District. These administrative magistrates are PRIMARILY subject to ADMINISTRATIVE and SECONDARY also to JUDICIAL responsibilities. My case under section 145 Cr.PC titled “State vs. Gian Chand Garg and Prem Garg” is pending in the Court of City Magistrate, Gorakhpur since the year 2002 (22 years) after the City Magistrate has failed to pronounce the Judgment so far although the date was fixed for 08.01.2024. Similarly another case under Section 11 of the above mentioned UPCHA titled “Megh Raj Garg / Prem Garg vs. Jaiprakash and others” is pending in the Court of Settlement Officer Consolidation
