Dear Sir, in addition to my last comment on 498A misuse, I would bring to the notice that, family is the universal building block to the society and hence to the nation. The misuse of 498A acts like axe to the tree, the newly married family. The bogus dispute continues for several years. The number of such cases are arising by leaps and bounds every year resulting in loss of future citizens of the country and the country’s youngness is at risk. The suicides on the boy’s side in marriage disrupts is around three times that of girl’s side.For no fault on boy’s side they do suffer as the judiciary eventually takes the girl’s side in spite of reverential proof from boy’s side…

Dear PM Sir, just allegations fast 498A Menance…It is surprising that false and fabricated filing of498A by girl side is being recorded as the fact whereas it takes years and years for the judiciary to the extent of 5 years to act and the boy side and his parents are subjected to mental trauma, repeated appearance in court without any verification of fact and the senior citizen parents develop ailments due to mental stress. It is surprising the judiciary system is at the bullock cart age whereas fact finding could have been done in few months. The whole system causes loss of health, money, unwanted defamation and loss of productive hours to nation.

Respected Sir, My name is Chitranshi and I'm a highschool student. Sir from this note I want to attract your attention to all the miserable things that are happening in all over India. As we all know that SCs, STs and other backward have reservation in many fields..but some people of OBCs and general are considering these reserved seats as there. For example..there was a news that was spread that a person belonging to OBC was nominated as teacher on the reserved seats of ST. Sir even if I am an student but these all things create disbalance in the community because we saw that children of our age are learning very bad things from these...and they are getting inspired by all these. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री, नगरपालिकां तर्फे वसूल करण्यात येणाऱ्या घरपट्टी नामक टॅक्सच्या संदर्भातील एका अतिशय महत्त्वपूर्ण टेक्निकल विसंगतीकडे मी आपले लक्ष वेधू इच्छितो. मुळात असंख्य जागांमध्ये प्लॉटचा मालक हा आणि फ्लॅटचा मालक हे वेगवेगळे असतात. त्यामुळे घरपट्टी नेमकी कोणी भरावयाची हा प्रश्न उभा राहतो. मागील कित्येक दशकांपासून आपल्या देशातील सर्व फ्लॅटधारक हे संबंधित प्लॉटचे मालक असणाऱ्या बिल्डर्सच्या नावानेच घरपट्टी भरत असतात. त्यामुळे पैसा फ्लॅटधारकांच्या खिशातून जात असला तरी पावत्यांची कागदपत्रे मात्र बिल्डरच्या नावावर जमा होऊन इन्कम टॅक्स रिटर्न्स दाखल करताना संबंधित बिल्डरचा भरमसाठ फायदा होत असतो. सरकारने या गैरप्रकाराची नोंद घेऊन यावर तातडीने अंकुश बसवणे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे. माझी सरकारला नम्र विनंती आहे की देशातील सर्व नगरपालिकांचे रेकॉर्ड चेक करून कोणत्याही जागेवरील फ्लॅटधारकांऐवजी घरपट्टी भरण्याची जबाबदारी प्लॉटचा मालक असलेल्या बिल्डरवर टाकण्यात यावी. किंवा संबंधित बिल्डरचे नाव नगरपालिकांच्या रेकॉर्ड मधून कायमचे वगळून फ्लॅट धारकांच्या नावावर घरपट्टीची पावती फाडण्यात यावी.
