Honourable Pradhanmantri Ji
It is my pleasure to share my thoughts. After a long gap the schools are going to reopen, in ODISHA the schools are going to reopen from 26th July for Classes 10th and 12th. It is my suggestion that as Vaccines are almost ready for the children from the age group of 12 to 17 years, the concerned schools are to be made centres for vaccination for the same school students. This will help to decrease the pressure of the Parents.

My greatest concern is Soil Health. Since a presentation to Niti AAYOG in 2016, there is yet to be an execution of a countrywide strategy to tackle the issue of soil health. A very unique methodology can be deployed and it pains me that year after year is passing but the suggestions are not being implemented. We all know that by 2050, food security may be a major reason for world conflict. We can do better. I have posted a summary of a strategy which I hope May find your attention !

Leave cleanliness & management of Localities/Sectors to RWSs and Panchayats in villages as follow.:
1) Society Election every two years & never third term.
2) Road maintenance/minor repairs.
3) Park maintenance, hiring of Malies & supply of plants to dwellers.
4) Tree plantation & care.
5) Electricity meters with computer reading in Electricity offices to check electricity theft & corruption.
6) Govt. labs to check the quality of material used for roads/public buildings.

Hon'ble PM Sir,
Rates increased, poverty increased, whom to pay Dearness Allowance?
India's per capita income is Rs.9000, where Central government employees minimum wages is Rs.18000.
Who is poor? Whom to pay DA?
Public servants paid salary out of Public funds so always Public should be first preference.
As Public servants we want to continue development works rapidly.
Please do the needful and help our citizens first.
Jai hind🙏

Why dowry? How many lives are lost because of it ... and yet no one pays attention to it .. If you like a girl, why dowry? First learn what a woman is. Learn to respect a woman. Recognize that a woman is wealth. Once the dowry is given, it will be asked again and again. There are still parents in the society who give dowry even if they borrow money thinking that their children's future should be better.. But remember one thing. Dowry is not a solution to anything.

Public funds Public

India has tremendous potential for start up. It would be better to draw the plan to micro level. One block one product---system would fetch better results. Selection of activity should be done based on skill, training, hereditary trade etc. and new comers should be promoted.
