Additional train lines should be constructed in Indian Railways connecting new cities and towns that are still disconnected from the rail network. For this additional funding should be provided. Indian Railways is the largest employer in India, so a boost in funding and operations at the Railways will have a domino affect on the entire economy and provide an all round boost.

Surveillance and CCTV cameras should be set up in border areas particularly in India-China, India-Nepal and India-Pakistan borders to check infiltration of terrorists and also to stop smuggling activities across borders.

Additional Central Rice Research Institutes, Wheat Research Institutes and Potato Research Institutes should be opened across the country. This will lead to more hybrid varieties of the crops and their seeds being available on the market which will lead to greater foodgrain production in the country. Also, drought resistant, pest resistant varieties of crops need to be researched at existing agricultural research institutes.

Govt should impose export taxes on the export of foodgrains to Bangladesh and Pakistan. Under the Corona crisis, foodgrains have become an essential commodity to manage the crisis and many countries are running out of food supply. So we are not in a position where we can give subsidized food supply to neighbouring countries. Furthermore, smuggling of food and livestock across borders is a big problem and to stop this we must impose export taxes on food exports.

Govt should proactively undertake disinvestment and privatization of government owned banks. This is because, in many countries governments have failed to properly manage PSUs leading to many PSUs coming incurring heavy losses and becoming dependent on government support just to function. For example in South Africa the power distribution company Eskom is almost on the brink of bankruptcy. This is why govt. should try to privatize the banks quickly.

Respected Prime Minister ji,
VaNakkam.
SEPARATE EXCLUSIVE PLAYGROUNDS FOR GIRLS.
in order to promote sports among the girls, at least in district head quarters, there might be separate and exclusive playgrounds for girls.
Honble prime minister ji would have rendered yeoman service to Women'sports if 'Girls only' playground could be constructed.
Submitted to the Honble prime minister ji for kind consideration.
