Pradhanmantri Ji, Na aap ke jaisa koi hua hai aur na hi hoga. Aapne ye karke dikhaya hai ki governance kaise ki jati hai. Real Estate sector me bahot badlaw ki jaroorat hai aur ye sabhi jante hain ki samaj ka ek varg builders ke changul me fansa hua hai. Iska ek udahran Noida bhi hai jahan LOGIX jaise builders sarkar ki dhili nitiyon ka fayda lene ki bharsak koshish kar rahe hain. Mera anurodh hai ki aap Man ki Bat ke madhyam se isse jude logo ko ek sandesh den. Dhanyawaad! Aap ka Voter

Respected maam, I am an engineering student from one of the NITs . My college was closed from 1 year .Till date there is no information about this from any means (website, officials , media ,MHRD) . It seems illogical to me that secondary students or public gatherings where population is more vulnerable to COVID-19 , don't have any restrictions, even government reopened schools. In my case i have to pay the mess bill . I want PM to ans *When my college will reopen ?*

A few years back the Govt.of India had launched a very important department called RERA with only aim to protect the rights of flat buyers who have invested their hard earned money for buying a dream home but I regret to say that RERA has absolutely failed in its only job and it seems that RERA has also joined hands with builders of NOIDA because most of the builders have charged majority of payments towards the flat purchase from lacks of buyers but the builders are not completing the projects.

Honourable PM. Your promise of ending corruption raised hopes. But lawlessness in Noida real estate sector continues. I am an aggrieved homebuyer of LOGIX Zest project, noida. 2500 homebuyers of this project are waiting since 9 years for their home. Most paid upto 90 % advance. Project was stalled BEFORE pandemic. Builder doesn’t answer emails. Our association approached UP RERA, we filed in EOW- NOTHING HELPED. YOU ARE OUR ONLY HOPE. KINDLY FINISH the PROJECT WITH SWAMIH FUNDS. GIVE OUR HOME .
