Subject: Request for Reforms in Private Sector Employment Benefits and Uniform Labour Laws
Dear Honorable Prime Minister,
I am writing to highlight critical issues faced by private sector employees, including the exclusion of Dearness Allowance (DA) from their basic salary, job insecurity, lack of pension and healthcare benefits post-retirement, and salary disparities compared to government employees. Additionally, the retirement age for government jobs remains high, while private sector workers often face uncertainty.
Key concerns and proposed solutions:
1. Inclusion of DA in Basic Salary*: Private sector employees face financial strain due to inflation. No DA component in salary.
2. *Retirement Age Reduction in Government Jobs to 55*: Lowering the retirement age would create opportunities for younger professionals and jobs creations.
3. Uniform Labour Laws: Disparities in employment benefits, job security, and retirement benefits between private and government sectors

Subject: Request for Reforms in Free/Affordable Universal Health insurance to all people Irrespective Age ,Free School Education upto 10 class across country, private sector Employment Benefits and Uniform Labour Laws
Dear Honorable Prime Minister,
I urge consideration of two critical initiatives:
1. *Free School Education up to Class 10*: Providing free education all over country would ensure equal access to quality education to all children irrespective of religion, caste ,and economic background, empowering future generations.
2. *Free /Affordable Universal Health Insurance*: scheme would guarantee access to essential healthcare services for all citizens and all age group of people. to reduce financial burden on families in case of unfortunate medical emergency and expenses during operation, surgery and for healthy india.
These initiatives would significantly improve socio-economic outcomes, promote equality, and enhance overall well-being.
