I congratulates the Prime Minister on developing systems like CPGRAMS, pmindia.gov.in, NaMo App, and Umang App for citizens to submit grievances. However, I and many believe these systems need improvement due to lack of accountability and unsatisfactory resolution of complaints. I shares my personal experience of struggling with an issue for four years, filing multiple complaints on various platforms, but receiving no resolution. I sincerely request the Prime Minister to review and update these systems to ensure grievances are resolved satisfactorily and complainants are informed about the outcome. This would be a significant step towards delivering justice to citizens and ending inefficiency. I would appreciate it if the Prime Minister would pay attention to the concerned systems and hopes for a resolution to their grievance. your big fan Nitesh Dalal
