US President Donald Trump claimed credit for brokering the ceasefire after overnight negotiations.  Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance engaged with senior Indian and Pakistani leaders.  Rubio said both nations agreed to begin broader talks at a neutral venue, a claim India later refuted. Despite US claims, Indian officials emphasized that the ceasefire was a bilateral understanding with no foreign mediation, consistent with the 1972 Simla Agreement.  End of the Most Intense India-Pakistan Conflict in Decades The recent India-Pakistan military confrontation, the most intense in 20 years, has concluded.  However, the nature of engagement between the two countries has shifted significantly. India Redefines Terms of Engagement Since 2014, India has moved to dismantle the framework that allowed Pakistan to exploit nuclear deterrence and cross-border terrorism.  Key steps include: Crossing the LoC post-Uri (2016) Striking deep into Pakistan during Balakot (

Past skirmishes have characterized weaponry & need for technical dominance through inhouse innovations. While Pak will be supported by China to evaluate his high tech weaponry, India has to develop own solutions and cannot depend upon France, Russia, USA. Now China is leading Global North in defence tech too. We need to immediately multiply our defense R & D expenditure. Identify tech which are ahead of China plans and call for proposals domestically, with Israel, bi / multi laterally . Next dispute is not far as Pak Army depends upon Kashmir dispute for its survival. Therefore, we should also have one para military per person in J & K to crowd & wipe their local support, without which, Pak terrorism will not be able to come to J & K. Thirdly like Golda Meir send overt / covert dispatches to eliminate strategic targets. Fourthly, take trade and tourism measures against countries supporting Pak sponsoring terrorism. Lobby in social media. Also very large scale hacking. Leverage NRIs.

Presently in Kerala the Thozhilurappu personnels are using by the local administration body only for their political milage. Using them for the fencing, grass removing works of individual properties. If we are using them in agricultural sector, in Kerala it helps a lot on agricultural production. Currently we forced to depend on Bengal migrarted people for these works and provide these people by agents. In Kerala CPIM like parties asked them the works are providing by the Kerala Govt, not by Central govt. So they forced to attend their party meetings also. Please introduce an order to utilize them for agriculture purpose.

It is observed government banks are not checking the type of land while issuing mortgage loans for land property. Also noticed legal opinion certificates issued by lawyers are not covering these aspects. The lawyer's check list gives only a tunnel effect. As per survey records of the government, Dotted land (Chukkala Bhumi in Telugu) is treated as government property only. Though these lands are registered by the revenue department they are still a government land. For a government property how are banks issuing loans? The concerned authority needs to check and take action.
