All states should have separate dedicated Green energy/Decarbonization ministry for better assessment of progress across country for CO2 emission .Also every Indian municipal corporation/Gram panchayat should have dedicated section for 24 x 7 (all season ) Tree plantation programmes /Organic fertilizers supply with accountability .(sponsored by govt or through some CSR ) Govt /Pvt unused land banks should be used for tree plantation as creation for green zones .Each activity should be monitored with numbers and reduction CO2 content for respective area .(with awards ) For every districts there should be forest creation .Equally every district level, water table level should be measured and programmes should be done for its improvements

Despite housing over 13,000 MSMEs and employing more than 1 million individuals, the area suffers from poor roads, inadequate drainage, Unreliable Power Supply, Inefficient Solid Waste Management, Water Contamination and unreliable basic facilities.
