Respected PM , It is time to give compulsory military training for all Hindus in our country . How come not even a single tourist in Pahalgam not show even an iota of resistance ? If at least some of the tourists had shown some resistance , though some casualties would however have taken place , a sizeable number would have escaped . Even the Navy officer killed surrendered completely to those militants and died . It looks like the Hindus have lost all their ability to stand up against atrocities . We should all be taught self defence.

প্রতিটি সরকারি কাজে কর্মচারী যোগ দেওয়ার সময় তাদের যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন পদে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদের ছয় মাস থেকে তিন বছরের একটি সেনাবাহিনীর প্রশিক্ষণ নিতে হবে ।তাতে আমাদের সেনাবাহিনীর প্রশিক্ষিত সেনার সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি পাবে এবং প্রয়োজনে তাদের যুদ্ধক্ষেত্রের ব্যবহার করা যাবে। সেনাবাহিনীতে প্রশিক্ষণ নেয়ার পরে তাদের মধ্যে একটা দেশের প্রতি ভালোবাসা জন্মাবে এবং দেশের জন্য তারা কাজ করতে বেশি আগ্রহ দেখাবে।

প্রতিটি স্কুলশিক্ষকদের অন্তত তিন বছর ছাড়া একবার করে teacher eligibility test দিতে হবে কারণ প্রতি তিন বছর অন্তর যদি না উনাদের টেস্ট নেওয়া হয় তাহলে উনারা একবার চাকরি পাওয়ার পর দ্বিতীয়বার পড়াশুনোর উন্নতি করার জন্য কিছু ভাবেন না। কারণ সরকারি চাকরিতে কোনোভাবে একবার করে নিতে পারলে দ্বিতীয়বার আর ভাবার কোন প্রয়োজন নেই সারা জীবন বসে খাওয়া যাবে। তাতে ছাত্রদের উন্নতি হোক না হোক উনাদের কোন দায়িত্ব থাকে না উনারা মাসের শেষে বেতন টার জন্যই চেয়ে থাকেন বেশি। ছাত্রদের আরো কিভাবে উন্নতি করা যায় ওনাদের কিভাবে পড়ালে আরো উন্নতি হবে সেসব নিয়ে আর কিছুই ভাবেন না। যদি তিন বছর অন্ত র টিচার এ লেজিবিলিটি টেস্ট করানো হয় তাহলে উনাদের তিন বছর পরে চাকরি থাকবে কি যাবে উনার সেই নিয়ে চিন্তিত থাকবে এবং যাতে চাকরিটা থাকে তার জন্য যথাযথ চেষ্টা করবেন এবং স্কুলের প্রতি একটা দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন। এবং এই চাকরিটা থাকা এবং যাওয়ার ব্যাপারটা কিছুটা নির্ভর করানো উচিত ছাত্রদের উন্নতির ওপর নির্ভর করে উনাদের একটা মার্ক দেওয়া উচিত। এতে করে টাকা পয়সা দিয়ে চাকরি কেনার ব্যাপারটাও কমে যাবে.
