During my serving time pre-release courses r done away with or limited to three months for fire & security jobs, & most of the institutions r run by retd officers of Armed forces. SIR, NEW INDIA UNDER U MUST TRAIN & REWARD IT'S MEN BELOW OFFICER RANKS WITH A LITTLE BIT OF HONOUR WHICH IS PRACTICED IN DENIAL BY BRITISH CROWN LAWS TO KEEP SAFE THEIR VAST EMPIRE. Namaste ji. NAAC certification is mandatory for Higher Education Institutions as per UGC norms. After malpractice at Hyderabad Institution,NAAC made the visit in Hybrid mode. it means both in online and offline. The above procedure is very difficult than the live visit. Eventhough the Institutions are having Advanced Electrical sources and high speed internet, due to natural calamities it seems affected. In the name of NAAC, the expenses are also high. Apart from the Academic activities, it may affect the routine work and Development of Institutions. Especially for Centrally funded Institutions, exemption may be given from NAAC. Surprise visits by UGC committee will give real results which our Honourable PM efforts will get strength. After visits, the committee may give suggestions for the improvement and also time limit may be given to Institutions for implement committee recommendations. Please speak sir. Jai hind

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, I would like to offer a humble suggestion that could strengthen both national defence and citizen engagement. In a similar fashion, I propose a program where Indian citizens can symbolically "purchase" defence assets such as the BrahMos missile, Akash surface-to-air missile systems, or the Arjun battle tank. The Government of India would issue an official certificate acknowledging their contribution, without transferring ownership of the physical equipment. This initiative would be purely symbolic but carry immense emotional and patriotic value. This initiative can be presented as a national campaign to foster unity, responsibility, and pride among citizens. The symbolic certificate could include details of the defence asset, a message of gratitude from the government, and perhaps even a unique registration number for authenticity.
