Respected Prime Minister, I would like to bring your attention to the high cost of essential veterinary care for dogs in India. Currently, rabies vaccination costs range from ₹600 to ₹800 per dose, which is unaffordable for many pet owners and those caring for stray animals. In addition, the cost of spot-on drops (used to protect dogs from ticks and fleas) is also quite high. These are basic and essential treatments for a dog’s health and should be made more affordable or subsidized. I request you to kindly raise this issue in Mann Ki Baat and help ensure that these basic treatments are accessible to everyone who wants to protect and care for animals. Thank you, Prakash N.M Kodagu, Karnataka

Hounerable PM After the brutal incident of Pahalgam, it raised questions on our internal security. How many traitors are there in the country? What are we going to do about them? We should identify those people in time and take strict action. And why are such traitors being created in the first place? It is very important to have strong nationalism here. And all this depends on the education we give to the children and the environment around them. If we create a good generation that has good citizenship, is dutiful, respects the elders, helps the poor, is aware of cleanliness, is free from addiction, respects other religions, is free from corruption, loves nature and animals,is proud of our culture, is angry with injustice and most importantly having strong nationalism to the core if such a generation is created, it will not take long for the situation of the country to change. For this, we humbly request you to discuss what necessary changes should be made in the education sector.

With due respect I want to inform about Bangladeshi families who started to living at Hooghly district in West Bengal. I heard about them from my uncle who used to live at Mankundu. According to him, the locality was quite empty when he first came. Then from 1998-2000 many Bangladeshis came and started to live there. I suggest to the government to kindly check whether it is truth or not.
