Jai Hind Sir, Mann Ki Baat is an iconic and epic mass movement towards Nation Building. The National Education Policy which is sponsored by the government is the milestone and lime light for future generations. For good governance and policy making the government should take specially interest in laser beam technology and solar resources and organic farming for self reliant India. We Salute My Gov the spirit of Brand new India.

Sir, Ref Economic Times News of 15.08.24,
According to PropEquity, nearly 2000 housing projects in 42 cities tier I & II are stranded in various stages comprising of 5.08 lakh units. Though the GOI "SWAMIH" fund is helping in a way to these projects to ensure timely delivery, the desired results are no where in site.
GOI should invite CREDAI high-powered committee to understand how leaders in the construction Industry can play a significant role in completing these stranded projects.
NCLT awards off late, have been not judicious at all, most have been challenged in courts causing a further delay.
GOI and CREDAI sh'd work out a formula where GOI/ State Govt will permit d builder to complete d project as a joint venture,in which said builder will have to invest his own funds fully,to complete d project. In turn d builders be awarded his desired markatable FSI at the prevailing ready recknor rates, on case to case basis subject2cost of such completion. Alternate ways too,can be explored

i am swathi. from chennai.now i am studying hotel management 2nd year.i was see so many new thing and new problems in my surroundings.and all problems i learn a new lesson. and my inspiration is Prime Minister modi ji.thank you give a greatful opportunity. thanking you.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done a lot for the development and progress of India, for which he and our government should be appreciated first. If everyone is happy in India, then 90% of the 100% people are happy. After all, money is one of the most urgent needs of every human being. If there is no money, then one even takes a life. He takes his own life. There is only one way to stop this. Everyone should understand that love is bigger than money. I want to say something important. We, the future youth, have to create a developed India. Jai Hind.

Respected Prime Minister I want to ask you this thing that why you never talk to the college students, do they not have any problems? Do you feel that they do not have any issues? There are so many such issues in the college which we never get to ask you, Sir, do you know how much load the college students have regarding their studies and parents? Don't you think that the college system should be changed just like the school system has been changed, Sir? Don't we get a chance to put forth our views before you, Sir? There is so much load on the college students, will you never talk to us, is this true about the school? It is only for the children and we have no right to talk to you Sir, this is not my situation, this is the condition of every college. Do you know what is happening in the college? Do you know what actually happens to the friends you provide to the college? Do you know what those who cannot pay the college fees do? Don't you think that these people who have opened engine
