ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ, Today the need for every person from infant to old ones is to reduce daily waste and non degradable and reusable things. It starts from coffee cups and plastics which are used ones and thrown away. The main thing is to carry bags while shopping and using steel and copper vessels and also mud pots instead of plastic can give nature a upper hand to sustain more of human dominance. Every student from young age should be taught about reuse and elimination of single use materials so that the environment and nature can breathe free and can reduce waste by 50%. Education about degradable materials and things such as packing in leaves and plant fibre is must so that they get composed in soil and it doesn't harm the eco system as well. Unless and until there is necessary we should stop using single use non reusable products so that we can make a good change and eliminate waste as much as possible. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು

Antibiotic Resistance, also known as Anti-Microbial Resistance is going to be the biggest challenge of health care in Bharat in the coming years. 1) Please tell all Bharatiyas not to buy antibiotics without a prescription of an allopathic doctor. 2) Whenever a person buys medicine, especially if it is without a prescription, he should specifically ask whether there is any antibiotic amongst them. 3) All patients and their relatives should ask the doctor for the reason for prescribing antibiotics . 4) Antibiotics should be sold only on the prescription of allopathic doctors and not by anyone else.
