आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, इस समय बोर्ड एग्जाम्स के रिजल्ट्स आ रहे है, जिसमे जिन बच्चों के कम मार्क्स आए है, उनके आगे fail लिखा आ रहा है। सर ये बिल्कुल गलत है। हमारा शैक्षिक ढांचा किसी भी बच्चे का पूरा आकलन नही कर पाता है। इसलिए fail लिखना गलत है। उसकी जगह Revise Again लिखना चाहिए और ऐसे बच्चो के लिए स्पेशल क्लासेज चलाकर 3 महीने बाद फिर से परीक्षा लेनी चाहिए और फिर भी कम मार्क्स आए तो fail शब्द का तो कतई इस्तेमाल नही होना चाहिए। क्योंकि फेल तो वो है जिसने परीक्षा देने का साहस ही न किया हो। इसलिए बच्चो के लिए fail शब्द का प्रयोग बिल्कुल भी नही करना चाहिए। 🙏

Dear Modiji, India has already introduced a National Rare Earths Policy (2025) and announced Rare Earth Corridors (2026) in states like Odisha, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu to promote mining, processing, and recycling of rare earths. However, stronger laws are still needed to ensure large-scale domestic production, recycling, and reduced reliance on Chinese supply chains. Gaps in Current Laws: India lacks a comprehensive law mandating recycling of rare earths from e-waste, wind turbines, and batteries. Current recycling is limited to pilot projects, not industrial scale. Mining is still heavily controlled by government agencies; laws should allow regulated private participation with strict environmental safeguards. No binding legal requirement for companies to invest in rare-earth R&D or collaborate with Indian institutes. Import restrictions exist, but India lacks a law mandating minimum domestic sourcing for critical sectors like defense and electronics.
