Nisarg Chhaya, India’s first fully free short-stay holiday home exclusively for senior citizens above the age of 60 is a unique concept launched under the visionary guidance of Hon. Minister Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil and is managed by Smt. Amruta Deogaonkar and Mandar Deogaonkar of Deogaonkar Foundation, Pune. Since its inception in Dec 23 we have hosted and served over 25000 senior citizens. Our guests enjoy a blissful stay and our activity managers bring joy to them through various activities such as Musical chairs, Dances, Making Reel, Singing etc and games that they played in their childhood. We also host Sr Citizens Only events to celebrate occasions such as Navratri, Holi, Diwali etc. We provide a haven for Sr Citizens to reduce stress, feeling of loneliness and give them the opportunity to connect with their school and college freinds and families. Many guests have given feedback that they felt like coming to thier Maika.. due to our service oriented approach..

Dear Modiji, India’s path to self-reliance in OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) hinges on negotiating technology transfer partnerships with global leaders like ASE (Taiwan), Amkor (USA), and JCET (China). These partnerships would allow India to leapfrog into advanced packaging and testing capabilities rather than building everything from scratch. ASE (Taiwan)-ASE could set up a joint venture OSAT hub in Gujarat or Karnataka, transferring packaging technology while India provides cost-effective labor and government incentives. Amkor (USA)-Collaboration with Indian defense and telecom sectors to ensure secure and localized chip testing. Amkor could partner with Tata Electronics or Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for defense-grade OSAT.JCET (China) -JCET could collaborate with Indian consumer electronics manufacturers (Micromax, Lava, Dixon Technologies) to localize packaging for smartphones and IoT devices, reducing reliance on imports.

Firstly, many schools in rural areas do not have proper facilities like clean classrooms, toilets, and digital learning tools. If the government provides better infrastructure and technology, students will get equal opportunities to learn and grow. Secondly, cleanliness is still a big issue in many places. People throw garbage on roads and public areas. There should be more awareness campaigns and strict rules to keep our surroundings clean. Lastly, I would suggest encouraging young students to participate in activities like tree plantation and community service so that we can become responsible citizens. Through these steps, we can make our country cleaner, smarter, and stronger. Thank you.”
