भारत सरकार द्वारा जनगणना, मतदान आदि कार्यो के लिए सरकारी सेवारत कर्मचारियो के बार बार नियुक्ती के कारण कार्यालय का दैनिक कार्य प्रभावित होता है। मेरी सलाह है कि इस प्रकार के कार्यों के लिए सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी अधिकारी और कर्मचारियो की सेवाये ली जा सकती है। इस के लिए आयुसीमा 75 साल की जा सकती है। सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारियों और कर्म चोरियों की नियुक्ती से पूर्व चिकित्सक से स्वास्थ्य प्रमाणपत्र लिया जा सकता है। इस से सरकारी काम भी प्रभावित नही होगा और सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारियो और कर्मचारियो का भी योगदान मिल सकेगा।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम। मेरा नाम राजेश कुमार है और मैं एक अभिभावक हूँ। मैं देश में प्राइवेट स्कूलों द्वारा की जा रही मनमानी के विषय में आपका गंभीर ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। आज प्राइवेट स्कूल शिक्षा के नाम पर खुलेआम अत्यधिक फीस वसूल रहे हैं। गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग के परिवार अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए कर्ज लेने तक को मजबूर हैं। यह स्थिति अत्यंत चिंताजनक है। शिक्षा, जो एक मौलिक अधिकार है, धीरे-धीरे एक महंगा व्यवसाय बनती जा रही है। यदि समय रहते इस पर कठोर कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, तो आने वाले समय में आम नागरिक के लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त करना असंभव हो जाएगा। इसलिए यह आवश्यक है कि प्राइवेट स्कूलों पर कड़ा नियंत्रण लगाया जाए, उनकी फीस पर सीमा तय की जाए और नियमों का सख्ती से पालन कराया जाए। अतः आपसे दृढ़ आग्रह है कि इस गंभीर समस्या पर तुरंत ठोस कदम उठाए जाएं, ताकि देश के हर बच्चे को समान और सुलभ शिक्षा मिल सके। धन्यवाद
