High summer temperatures—especially in many parts of India—can lead to serious issues like dehydration, heat exhaustion, and even heatstroke. Here are practical precautions you can follow to stay safe: 1. Stay Hydrated Drink plenty of water throughout the day (even if you’re not thirsty). Include fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water, and ORS. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and sugary or carbonated drinks.

Dear Pradhan Sevak ji, A cursory look at total police force and the shortfall India has, creates a law-and-order situations. To address the issue, see the following details: 1. Currently active personnel are - 21.6 Lakhs and sanctioned are 27.5 Lakh. This suggests India operating at 70% of actual requirement of 225 police personnel per 1 lakh people as per UN research. 2. Shortfall is about 7-10 lakh. 3. On other hand there are 26 Lakh ex-serviceman in India who has army training. Most of them are well below 60 years of age. A recruitment drive with those (ex-serviceman) interested in serving the nation and young recruits can easily fix most of the law-and-order issues along with retired army officers helping as simple as civic sense for traffic violators. Further every Indian should be going through a basic "civic responsibility and basic courtesy" course available in local language will help.

To resolve the deadlock over the Women’s Reservation Bill, I propose decoupling seat numbers from voting weight. We can increase Lok Sabha seats based on population to ensure better representation, but assign each state a fixed percentage of the total vote. This allows the number of MPs to grow without "punishing" performing states or reducing their relative legislative influence. This model addresses Opposition concerns and protects federal balance while empowering women.
