Honorable Prime Minister, I am writing to express deep concern regarding marriage patterns in India. I propose a constitutional amendment to the Indian Marriage Act, inspired by policies in Oman and other GCC countries. I suggest a mandatory administrative "Marriage Permission" process. This should require a comprehensive report for both groom and bride, including: PCC (Police Clearance) Family background & Education Financial stability (CIBIL score) Detailed Medical Reports The process must mandate a Civil Registration before any religious ceremony. This framework will ensure transparency, providing both parties with verified facts and protecting citizens from deception, "Love Jihad," or situations depicted in "The Kerala Story." I am an Indian national residing in Oman and would be honored to join a discussion on this. Your team may contact me at +968 98637848.

Honorable Prime Minister, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the failure of the women’s bill, which unfortunately lacked a 2/3 majority. It is disheartening to see vital progress blocked by the opposition. To prevent such gridlock, I propose a constitutional amendment: the requirement to form a government should be raised from a simple majority to a 2/3 majority. Increasing the mandate from 272 to 362 seats (2/3 of 543) would ensure the ruling party has the power to pass essential legislation without obstruction. Currently, when sessions fail, public funds—covering parliament, administration, and logistics—are wasted. A stronger mandate would ensure that both time and taxpayer money are used effectively for the nation’s growth. I humbly request you to consider this change to strengthen our democracy and ensure that transformative bills are never stalled again.
