India is facing a growing rise in digital blackmail enabled by non‑consensual images, videos. Most interventions today are reactive, taking effect only after content is created and harm becomes irreversible. This raises a critical policy question: can prevention be enforced at the point of content creation?Modern smartphones already use on‑device machine‑learning for face detection, scene classification, and sensitive‑content recognition. These capabilities can be extended as a safety layer at capture time. When camera input is locally classified as high‑risk intimate content, the device can block capture or automatically delete the file. All processing remains fully on device, with no cloud or 3rd party access. This safeguard should be implemented as a mandatory system application, installed during SIM enablement, through a consent framework. Technology already exists; what is required is regulatory direction. Much like UPI transformed India economy, this measure can enhance safety

Respected Nitin Gadkari Ji,
I am writing to you as a concerned citizen to share a suggestion aimed at improving road safety and traffic discipline across India.
The Challenge
It is a common sight to see vehicles parked haphazardly on public roads or driving on the wrong side. These violations not only cause congestion but also lead to fatal accidents. Currently, the police force cannot be present everywhere at all times to monitor and penalize every single violator.
The Proposed Solution: "Citizen Sentinel" App
I suggest the development of a dedicated government mobile application that allows citizens to report traffic violations in real-time.
Key Features of the System:
Live Reporting: Users can capture photos or videos of violations (Wrong-side driving, illegal parking, etc.) directly through the app with mandatory live-location and time stamps to ensure authenticity.
Incentive Mechanism: To encourage public participation, the government could offer a commission or reward
