Even though your initiatives are for the future of our youths,still they are suffering in getting the Graduation certificates after the successful completion of Degrees. After the completion the college,Degrees have been awarded late only through the convocation by universities. In case the Vice chancellor post on vacancy, it'll take more time till the new vice chancellor comes. Especially Centrally funded universities are not taking decisions even for 3 batches convocations. Due to the above problems, students are facing more difficulties in getting jobs, for start ups and for higher studies. If students asks for degree certificate in urgency, the respective universities directing for Tatkal scheme. It's more costlier than normal system. Youths are having more hopes on you sir.
